yeah to truely take advantage of the s4's you will have to disconnect that vtc. They are already made to be set in as is and make craploads of power all over the entire power band. My buddy loves them in his s13 redtop with an s15 turbo, even at 8psi it moves but then again i had s4's in my jdm 9.5:1 with that same s15 turbo and at a mere 9psi i was well into the 11's in my 2100 b13, just ask the 12.0 04 cobra and the 11.9 zo6, hahahaha

What do you mean by cam bolt? The same cam gears work for either cars besides the s14 and s15 having different cam gears due to the vtc. If you are talking about the bolts that hold the cam gears on they are the same between the s13 and fwd sr's. Any rwd s13 cam will work for the fwd cars, the dowel pin is longer on the ex cam but doesnt need to be modified to work for us. If you have a s13 engine and want fwd cams you may need to put in the longer dowel pin.
As for the rwd s14/15 cams i am not quite sure. Andreas miko may be able to answer that one for you. I dont have any experience with s14/15 vtc cams.
