Thread: More billet Precision wheel turbos...

Well I was on the phone tody with them and the asked me if I could have a turbo that spooled faster then a GT35R and made more power then a 35r if thought would fit the bill for what I am looking for ...well to make a long story short while asking more ?? about the SC6262 I found out they are bringing a SC6062 to the market that has better areodynamics to allow faster spool and higher output then the 61mm wheel in the gt35r .....I am going out of town next week , for month but it they have them in stock so I hope to be able to check it out in person when I get home ...soon as I have more info I will pass it along ....tghey are comming out with some nice things right know


And for those of you that dont know the 6262 was a 62mm wheel , so the 6062 is a 60mm wheel , as the gt35r is a 61mm wheel as well as the SC61 it to was supposed to be a 61mm wheel

Precision FTW! That was my old turbo, I'm back with garret for now. Precision really does make some nice things..

Does Precision make a turbo that is comparable to the GT3071r?

I have and will continue to be torn between the 3071r and the SC-61. Only thing that pulls me away from the SC61 is that it may be to big for what I am shooting for.

I am looking for a mid 400whp set up on pump gas without having to boost to much. I just want a fun quick pump gas car. Figuring out what turbo to go with is probably the hardest part for me with this new build.

I would call them ....They have all kinds of stuff, differant variants , of thier turbos they are are more then willing to explain the products

BW makes some nice turbos also. Garret hasn't change much for there stuff in a while so I think precision and BW are some of the best choices now. I am going to do the HTA35r if I ever get my car together and money starts moving around again.

The HTA's are awsome....at least for the EVO world they have been

I wonder if they can upgrade the wheel on my SC61 to that new wheel. I shoot them a call next week I guess.
