Thread: t2 flanged 2871r or 3071r??

jonwepa I have a few dyno of GT28RS at 360-365 WHP and 330 Lb Ft torque at 17 PSI with S4 cams.

Serbans friend Bob has 380 WHP and 345Lb Ft Torque at 18 PSI with a GT2871R and S4 cams

I am telling you the GT2871R is the best thing around.

I am out of this conversation.

Was that 380whp@ 18psi with or without cams?

Listen dre i am going to go with your choice and if you say the GT2871r is the better of the 2 then I will go with it. You seem to have more then enough knowledge on this subject.

Just to add I am sure it will not be too hard to sell the turbo if you don't like it.

^About 6500 want be the same. The S4's shine up top like no other cam. Straight drop in with no cam gears on stock s/r's 'hurtin da block'!

Yeah, I thought about that too, but I will never get the 1250 back I paid especially nowadays when people don't wanna spend squat! I will have a gt28r for sale though as soon as I get the gt2871r for about 450+shipping
