this seems like definitive answer considering it isnt giving an opinion but numbers of cfm flow at certain points of lift, not only that but its comparing BOTH highport and lowport heads... dont know how credable their expierence or knowledge is but it does seem they flowbenched the heads?

^^^ this too is good reading on lift,duration\camshafts and stuff (which kinda has to do with the cfm flow)
from reading the flow bench readings and the persons who flow bench the heads, it seems like they are contridicting other remarks that having a aftermarket head wont gain as much as the high port, actually saying that you will be better off with a intake manifold, so its really up to you
