Need some help!
Ok so I finally got my motor running (w10 Avenir) and I'm having some problems. First off it's getting spark to all cylinders.

So here's the problem, it's pretty much just dumping fuel, black smoke looks like a diesel at idle lol. Idle is VERY loopey, so much that you rev it and it will die if you don't keep some gas to it. Very sluggish revving, not sure how to explain this. I've tried everything and here's my conclusions.

1. I pulled the injector harness's 1 by 1 and each time it felt like the car would want to die, except the #4 cylinder. Acted the same. So does this mean the injector is bad? I know I need to use an ohm meter to test it.

2. I keep randomly getting a code for the 02 sensor. Goes off comes back on random times like today 1st time in a week. Will this effect the car this much to make it run so bad?

That's about all I can figure out, unless I have a massive vacuum leak, in which I need to redo my intercooler piping. And would a leaky IACV cause all this to?

Thanks for all the help ahead of time!

Ok well now the car won't even run. Tried to start it today and it just cranks... Switched out the injector #4 with a stock injector got it to start for a second and now nothing again!

I really need some help, I'm gonna order a new injector tonight and see what happens with that.

maybe check your injector o rings on that cylinder, make sure the lower o ring isnt leaking feul into the intake manifold

do a leakdown test on fuel pressure to see if an injector oring is leaking. Watch fuel pressure as you turn the car off, if it drops right away, then prob fuel leak.

Maybe check the maf voltage and see if there is something wrong there. it would have to be a bad leak to cause the car to not to run.

it sounds like you a flooding it over and over again, have you looked at the plugs to see if they are black or white or any other color ?

Pulled the plugs last night to let the cylinders dry out and the plugs put it all back together and it started it, some reason it's really hard to start (lots of cranking) duno if this is due to the injector or not. But I let it run for awhile and it's really loopey, rev it wants to die and still black smoke, hopefully i'll get my injector in a day or two to see what happens.

Hey man, check your O rings, i'm 99% sure they are leaking like mine were. My Cyl #4 was full of fuel after a few cranks,

And did you get the ECU reflashed for a DET? If no, then that's your cranking problem. As soon I got the realtime in with a DET program, the car started on first crank

Don't leave out checking to ensure you have the fuel rail spacers! They're the plastic washers that help keep the fuel rail perfectly situated on the intake manifold. (I know the lowport has this, not 100% on the highport). I'm missing my spacers, so I know the fuel rail isn't seated properly, and the washers are all jacked up. That and my intake manifold gasket is what I'm sure is causing my vacuum leaks.
