keep in mind guys, that there were a few different runs of these manifolds. They were revised a couple times. Also, even though they look the same there are small differences between the GTIR mani's shown on the first page and on the top of page 4. There is a little more descriptive information on the pulsar owners forums on that topic. They've been selling them in UK for a good while (more than 5 years or so) and sparingly in the US.

I have to agree with Rob and Andreas about the T28 based turbos. I have been running these little turbos for about ten years. With my stock pulsar turbo I was running 12.5's all day at the track. Andreas use to tell me he could get me one that would make me run 11's. Now I have a upgraded S15 turbo and ran 11.65 at Moroso two saturdays ago. No big turbo for me, i'm sticking to my T28, and all of this was done with my stock Pulsar manifold (not even ported out or anything). Here's the link to my time slip.

^^ that can't be right, unless they messed it alittle. with the GTIR manifold you can fit up to a GT2871r with a .60 ar compressor housing without hitting the block.

Here is a man that has a T28 setup that is unstopable. He does not even have the biggest T28 turbo that he could run and he is running 11.65. Now if he runs 11.65 on a FWD car he must be trapping about 121-124 MPH. That my friends is no joke.

If I ever get a chance to do a Turbo set up for myself, I am going with the GTBB37 Incon turbo. I know I can get 450 WHP and 400 LB Ft Torque out of it.

There is no way no how I will ever run a T3 or larger turbo on my street car. It will never hang with a good T28 based turbo.

My turbo is a S15 turbo with a bigger front housing and wheel and fits perfect. I have installed plenty GT2871 turbos on stock pulsar manifolds and my turbo fits better than they do.

if somebody asked me to fit one of those 2fast2cool, zena racing or whatever other dumb name they are called pos manifolds (use the term manifold loosely), i'd smash them in the face with my protech and promptly kick their arse for even asking me to do it

some have warped flanges some dont, some have odd shaped ports some dont, some crack quickly, some crack not so quickly, some dont seem to crack at all, some fit without messing with bolts holes, some dont.

Personally i'd stick with a standard gtir manifold everytime.

When are you going VE-T?

If you do go VET I got a wicked turbo for you. Should run 11.0 at the same boost leverls you are at now with a 126-128 MPH trap

My speed is 117mph cause I hooked pretty good at the new track. The B15 box didn't help with the speed either.

I'm doing it very soon just getting everything together before I start.

It might not have helped with the speed but it shure helped with the time.

Since you have been there recently how well is the tracking hocking up vs the way it was before when it was under the Moroso name.

I hated going to Moroso as I felt they did not prep the track good for the FWD guys.

I guess I need to go out there soon with my car.
