Thread: Poll How many still have A/C

I was wondering how many of you still had A/C ?? I am wondering , as my original plan was to keep it , but I am serriousely thinking of removing it to fit this awsome heat exchanger in , for my air to water inercooler setup ....heel it is not like I dont have Ttops ....my wife said she would not ride in it in the summer if it did not have A/C ......

T-Tops > A/C. Its one or the other. Both is for sissies. I say T-Tops.

If you have a backup car with AC, yes. If you plan on daily driving it, no. Not having AC in a daily sucks, but it's def worth it for a project car. I took the AC out of my Sentra and never looked back, but there were some days when it was too hot to bother driving it.



Sounds like weight reduction to me.

If it is there and it works why remove it? Rain and hot days make a/c a wonderful thing!

Keep the A/C. Unless it's a race car.

To hell with A/C! I live in a desert climate, and never once missed A/C. You don't need A/C with the windows down and the tops off. Especially when you hit boost and the sound chills you to the bone

If its NOT your daily, and seeing how you have 30 cars, so I doubt it will be, then yank it. I pulled mine on my daily back in the day and regretted every min of it.

Keep the AC, If you get a thin enough of a heat exchanger it should fit between the radiator and the ac heat exchanger

That's too much crap in the bay all stuffed in there. I will be running a manual steering rack, PS delete of course, A/c delete, abs delete. I don't like things that can/will break that I don't need.

I have no A/C or power steering haha
