I think so. The T28 is physically much larger than the T25.

I was wondering about that myself. I wouldn't think it's a BB center section, it's probably a misprint or something. The plate says "431876-5126" which brings this up with a Google search:

I have a T28 and a T25 at my disposal. Maybe I'll do a little experiment... Can't imagine this is new ground though. And I'm not one to divert precious time from completing my car to messing around with random turbo fact finding missions.

Whats the big deal here. This is nothing new. People have been stuffing the T28 guts into the T25 housing for years. All it takes is some machining.

correct, there's about a 4mm difference.

forced performance does this upgrade. We took my friends t-25 and had this done. the car turned out great but he sold it before I could get dyno numbers on it. The car is driving around sumter sc and I have talked to the new ower a few times.
