Gotech engine management systems

I honestly don't see why guys in the states aren't running something similar all the time. With the currency this will only set you back around $500. I actually think they have agents out in the USA as well. Not sure what their pricing is like, but at least you'll have technical back up if needed.

US division.

Well here is my side, i have had both, and again started out as a pretty basic sr20de+t, fresh jdm motor, jwt s4 cams, fidanza flywheel, act clutch, this setup at only 8psi ran 13.0@110mph in my b13 on street tires. This same setup on slicks with 12psi went 12.4@110mph, then in came the bb t28, this same setup on only 9psi would have been in the 11.5-7 range @115mph easily. The topend compared to the t25 was unreal. Again in all this process (a little over a year) i had already gone through 3 jdm motors from basicly stupid things and learning situations. Had an injector problem took out one motor. Had a lifter collapse took out another. Ran way too much boost on a T25 took out the first motor. So but again i get my motors for $475 to my door. So it wasnt that big of a deal to me.

After all that i went to a VE with all boltons minus cams. Approx, 180whp in a 2080 lb b13, This was a fun setup that would have ran a 13.0 or so @103mph or so. No changes to the chassis and all in the same car but in my opinion it was just not anything like boost. I missed the extra 100 ft/lbs of torque down low and the extra power. Turbo just has sooo much more powerband than an n/a setup. N/a lives at high rpms. The car was daily driven and honestly i got better gas milage with my turbo setup as well. i had several times gotten 34+mpg and still over 30 in town driving as long as i was easy on the throttle.

But here i am going back to a huge turbo setup and i think thats where i will stay from now on. This will be on a fully built det, eagle rods, cp pistons, cosworth hg, greddy rocker arm stoppers, bc springs and retainers, jwt s4 cams, RR hydraulic lifters, t3t04 60 trim with a .82 exhaust side, tubular manifold and open 3" downpipe, calum realtime, and to top it all off water/meth injection for over 20psi of boost. I plan to go to around 28psi or so of boost for track and dyno use. 16psi daily on pump. No more chances im going all out so that things that happened in the past dont come back to haunt me now. Plus having 500whp will be insane in a chassis that when complete will weigh in at 2000lbs even.

Doctor G has the right idea go nuts with the s13 chasis it will at least get traction. I have yet to drive a fwd turbo tha got good traction. Even my ve car kills first and second gear.

Yeah the Pro X is their top of the range system. It has outputs for every little thing you could want.

I'm personally running the mini-x, which is similar, but has less GPO's (general purpose outputs) for VVL, VVT, fans, etc. It also doesn't have a fuel pump output, so I need to run independant circuits for the fuel pump and my fans. I also need to switch my vvl on simultaneously and I am running single batch injection for now. So while the mini-x is not the ultimate system by far, for $200 what more could you want?

The pro-x can do full sequential if you want.
