haha dude your funny! cuz alot of people buy ebay stuff, we dont all have money like some people to throw away, we cant spend 1200 on a damn turbo and 1000 on a damn manifold that could be made just as well. i rather buy my ebay crap and say, hey ive spent 600 bucks on my kit, how much have u? so its cool u can say what ever u want, the only thing im going to say is JUST STOP HATING!!!!

The business market is cut throat. If you can make a part for a half a cent cheaper you'll get the business.

Some parts you can save money on, some you can't. You just need to know what parts work where.

Also, most private and unsponsered enthusiasts buy 15 year old cars to save money as a budget hobby/sport.

BlueRB240 i know my words are wasted but i can't help but be bothered by what these idiots are doing to the industry. i've been working with se-r's since i was 11 years old and used to see all the OG socal people meeting up in front of Kojima's house installing REAL parts. i've grown up with that philosophy and now it's taken me almost 2 years to build my racecar. saving up for the proper R&D'd parts that have been built PROPERLY without cutting corners to cut costs can mean the difference between not only winning and losing, but life and death as well. if these idiots decide to keep buying SSAC and OBX SHI T, i will look forward to seeing pictures of their mangled ass cars when something malfunctions

I agree but it is a lot more complicated than that..A lot of the industry will disappear as the legislation gets more restrictive in regards to emissions and street racing (like it or not,these buyers are the major player in keeping the after market afloat). The more that you see these laws come into being, the more companies like Hotshot and Greddy will go away..

why your panties in a bunch? because someone buys cheap ****? who cares, the industry will always be stong. i'm cheap because i have a house payment and a bunch other bills coming up soon. if i had had the money to buy a real turbo i would. but you know what, if you have anything else smart to say, just come on down and i'll show you what ebay power feels like first hand.

umm apparently you have no idea what you're talking about. the sema show was 35% smaller this year because companies could simply not afford to be there!! that's one of the largest if not THE largest automotive industry show. it will be interesting to see the decline in the vendors at PRI, an even more niche automotive show...
