Lost boost
I had the GTi-R swap, running draw thru with 15psi, and now that I changed piping, I made it blow thru and now it only goes up to 9psi. What could be wrong?

I did a pressure test, and I only have the leak at the vacuum box, that I've always had since the beginning.

Did you put all of the vacuum lines back in the right places, mostly the one from the wastegate/boost controller?

You could have a leak at the MAF too if it is a 300ZX MAF.

If you know there is a leak it would be best to fix it IMO, you might just hear a smaller leak if you do.

I´m using a stock GTi-R MAF, I want to fix the leak but the vacuum box is nearly impossible to take out as it is located behind, just under the big GTi-R intake plenum.

IDK what the GTi-R MAF looks like is it metal or plastic? Some MAFSs have a pin hole that goes to the circuit board, which leaks out of the cover. When you convert them to blow through they can leak.

Where did you run the little vacuum hose that comes off of the wastegate?

The stock GTi-R MAF looks exactly the same as the normal DE MAF, just the number changes to 54C00.

The vacuum hose that comes from the wastegate has a Tee and is connected to the intake plenum and the intake pipe just before the turbo.

get rid of the tee, leave it only before the TB. There was just a thread on this same thing almost the other day http://www.sr20forum.com/turbo/222402-boost-actuator-how.html#post2213581

That T needs to go like nsusammyeb said. That hose is touchy, if you can even shorten it or use smaller inner diameter hose your gate will get a stronger signal
