heatshields

Hi please can i ask you... i have no heatshields on my gtir turbo setup and my dipstick has been burned on a track this weekend. Do you recomend me to get gtir mani+jpipe heatshields or should i get the thermotec wrap? what is better?

my euro p11 SR20De has plastis dipstick handle, thats why it is burned now.. also a piece of the plastic fan was burned too.. dont advice to get metal dipstick

you should run the heat shield on the manifold and the j-pipe to keep from melting things.

yep, heatshields ftw. I have one on the turbo as well as on the mani. I'd like to make one for the o2 housing too.
