Thread: Real Men Go Side Exit

So I was running a miko made 3" downpipe on my t28 setup and I was tired of it catching on speed bumps so I got a little creative.







I will have more pics later... My friend is the one on the zapping device .

It is on and it sounds amazing. The turbo builds 5psi in fifth gear at 2500 rpm instead of 3000 rpm like before. The new pipe is 3.5". My favorite part is the blue flames that shoot out of the exhaust :biggthump .

Oh and BTW gentlemen, this is my daily driver .

my car is rear side exit, haha. I still don't understand why they didn't just go straight out..

I have a 3" cutout right after the flex pipe, sounds like a tractor, the difference is amazing with the cutout open and closed.

This isn't your ordinary side exit fellows, it comes out in front of the front passenger side tire .

I bet it isn't too too bad in the passenger compartment, not like an open J or downpipe. RedDragun do you have a pic of the whole pipe all at once? I am going to route my cutout pipe out that way at some point so I am curious as to the bends you used.
