I am not the one who is questioning how to make it fit.

The goal of the thread was to fit an intercooler with AC and keep the bumper suport.

I am 100% telling you that the intercooler I listed will fit with bumper support uncut, will using the hood suport as suport for the intercooler.

I am done on this.

Andreas,Would you post some more pics of the intercooler you listed fitting with a/c and an uncut bumper support so no one has to listen to anymore bs. There is about 1 page of useful information on this thread and the rest is someone who is inexperienced with turbocharging nissans, arguing with someone who has been turboing ser's since they came out back in the day.

We should start a new thread with pics of what exact intercooler is used and what had to be modified for it to be functional. I think a thread like the one i listed would be alot more informative and it may, help people decide which route they want to go without having to sift through a few pages of bs.

i read this whole tread, and i noticed it all about a b13 sentra, is there any measurement difference with a b14? or will the 20x12x3 fit no problems asked?

That's a good point.

Also, these large intercoolers will restrict air flow to the radiator which could present heating problems when using stock radiator, no??

You're correct.

Could you use 45 degree couplers to clear the bumper support arms? I didn't read through this whole thread, but do you still have A/C?

a/c condenser's also do the same, just now your stacking everything up even more. That is what a nice pair of fans are for.

If you were asking me, personally I do not have A/C and all the pictures I've posted are without A/C. I apologize for that, as I know this was a thread mainly about fitting an intercooler with A/C.

As for your question about clearing the bumper support arms; it is possible. It can be done easily with the 27x12x3 (with end tanks) / 20x12x3 (core) intercooler recommended in this thread and a pair of 90 degree couplers (tight or shallow radius couplers will both work). I just finished doing it this way the other week. I just haven't got around to posting pictures yet. I got the idea from Vadim and am very happy I was able to avoid running pipes below the radiator support or through the fender area. It makes for the cleanest charge pipe install I've seen yet (and shortest if that's your thing). I actually hadn't planned on posting pictures just yet, but I feel like it would be stupid of me not to so here's the basic idea:

That is a test fitting with the tight radius 90 degree couplers I had laying around. I was able to make it work with the shallow radius couplers I got from Treadstone as well.

Sorry if you weren't referring to me with your post. =/

I was referring to you Ben, I plan on running the exact same IC as this one on my p10. I also removed all my A/C components and power steering including the hard lines in front of the radiator/ ac condenser area. I may cut into my bumper support though, we'll see what happens when I get it. I'll keep an eye on this thread to check your progress and findings...good info so far, keep it up.
