That may be true but Im in the performance coating business and coatings only go a certain ways before it wont make a difference. If your piping is touching the manifold it doesnt make a huge difference if its coated. BTW... is that Jet hot? Ive found through personal experiance that silicone based coatings hold in heat a bit better than the others but still I would wrap that pipe asap.

Its a ceramic coating that's applied to the manifolds. Wrapping a turbo manifold isn't a good idea.

Right, It's ceramic.

The picture is a little misleading, though. The intercooler piping is actually around 1/2" from the manifold, but still too close for my liking. That's why I'm wrapping the intercooler piping.

A/C is probly the biggest issue with a "universal" setup. But if you can do it, I'll pick up a set
