Yeah I know no blow through. But you really should consider it. Seems like the people who have problems with it just didnt know what they were doing. Its alot more simple and alot better seriously

Heres my setup:

^^Turbo sucks in air and compresses it.

pushes compressed air out and curves towards passenger side. BOV is on the hotside to vent HEATED turbo air not already cooled air (3rd GEN HKS SSQV with the heatfins on the body)

^^Air gets cooled through the front mounts and then travels up through the passenger side fender well Cold air intake style.

then the cooled air comes up through the fender and hits the maf where its metered. Then it goes into the throttle body. Notice you dont have to run a pipe to your turbo.

But if you must run a pipe its as simple as this...and it sucks in the cooler air thats getting around the Radiator.

Just another option for you

You guys can say all ya want, but i havent had a problem at all with it, and it was very cheap

How much was it?

It's good that it's working out for you. But keep in mind efficiency is everything with cars.

I constantly look for ways to make our motors run more efficiently. The more efficient the motor runs, the more power you have the better gas mileage you have.

Airflow shouldn't be excluded from being efficient, this is the reason why we all install cone air filters because stock intake system is too restrictive thus inefficient thus less power and gas mileage.

Now I don't know if we will know exactly how your intercooler is setup, unless we slice it open haha, but if the air hits a straight wall | then you probably will have less power then an exactly the same car with a regular FMIC. But if the pipes are U shaped and mandrel bent then it shouldn't be too different then a U that we have to put under the radiator support.

Think of exhaust systems, Mandrel bent pipes are WAY better then crush bent, the concept there is identical

So we are not trying to bash you or your setup, we are just trying to learn more about the setup and how it could be improved

I like your setup, but due to time constraints I will just go with draw through, and possibly later blow through .

BTW the car looks freaking sweet with the intercooler

There is no way. That end tank is a square, and despite my pictures, there are no pipes inside it.
