IC Piping/Intercooler Pics
So I've been looking at a way to install my intercooler piping. I've see a few threads on the old forum but pictures were down, etc.

I'm mainly looking for B14's but others are welcome

Draw through, you mean blow through has saved you because of couplers flying off?

lol yeah blow through is nice, its soo responsive, even if your using a stock maf also, i did my buddies turbo nx blowthrough using a stock de maf and it is soo resposive, the turbo is not in that good of shape either and burns oil come to find out and it still spins the tires in 2nd gear on 6psi of boost running open j-pipe. Its soo quick, i ran mine that way also and loved it, again yeah if you do blow one of your couplers off (they dont fly off, lol) it will save you from having to fix it on spot. But if you use good reinforced couplers with tbolt clamps and rolled edge piping or roll it yourself you wont really have to worry about them blowing off especially with a pretty much stock turbo setup.

Glad to hear the car is coming along vadim. Cant wait to see it done

That's what I figured was the case, but was a little worries haha.

How would I go about rolling them myself?

take a pair of channel locks or vise grips and just slightly bend the pipes at the edges up around the ends after you cut them to how you need them. Im guessing your just gonna use a universal kit. But yeah makes it much safer, once i did all mine i never had a problem blowing them off, the only one i ever blew off was a cheapy coupler i had on the 3" piece before the throttle body, it got so anoying that i finally changed it out for a good one and never had another coupler blow off after that, even at 20psi

my draw thru worked better than blow thru, i switched back to draw thru.

vadim just go draw thru for right now, play around with blow thru later on down the road. Just get your car running.

So basically take some pliers and bend the pipe up and outward? Well not really pliers but maybe something else hehe.
