The pipe that you have listed ( to intake ) does not go to the intake on a turbo car. It goes to the niple under the BOV housing you have. On an NA car it goes to the intake. The idle control and Cold start valve pick up air from there.

The Fast idle or Cold Start Valve is the one in the G Spec pick. That goes to the 2 larger niples on the bottom of the plenum.

Wait... I don't have a nipple under my BOV (HKS). It just goes to the intake like when it was NA. It runs fine. The race shop that did the piping for me didn't say it was wrong either. Can you explain?

This 1/2in hose must go from intake manifold to any where between TB and Turbo. If this hose is ran from MAF to Turbo area it is installed wrong.

The 5/8 in hose from the valve cover goes between the MAF and Turbo Pipe.

Pipe Listed TO INTAKE is the idle control pipe.

Goes to pipe on the bottom of the factory BOV housing.

The one listed for the BOV is for the BOV. You have to be sure commenting on these things otherwise you are just confussing everyone.

how would that be for the BOV ? im not saying you are wrong, this is just from what i have seen that it goes to the intake pipe before the throttle body, and the vaccum hose for the bov comes off somewhere after the throttle body, to me it looks like that big 1/2 barb goes straight to the air regualtor

i see that he has BOV put down on two places, so the big one is really for the BOV ? no it is for the intake pipe, No ?

We sure as hell are not looking at the same pictures. Got to be it.

Please look closely at the picture and ask the question one more time.

interesting, must be different from all of the intake manifolds i have seen, i have never seen the air regulator on the bottom like that, but i still dont see how it goes to the BOV, unless you mean the pipe where the BOV mounts ?

i didnt see the one on the bottom, i guess i was being stubborn and thought they were all the same

Now, do you see in this pic below a pipe listed as BOV being 1/2 inch or is that pipe listed as BOV about 3/16 inch. The pipe listed as BOV goes to the top of the BOV ( second pic below )

I am sure that in this pic the 1/2 inch pipe you are talking about is listed as TO INTAKE This pipe listed to intake is for the idle control and goes to the bottom of the factory BOV housing. ( pic listed below this one )

That intake manifold is just like all the ones you have seen.

The Idle control and AC regulator are over by the PS pump.

The Fast Idle or Cold Start valve is on the bottom of the intake manifold.

The 1/2 inch pipe listed To Intake that goes to the bottom BOV housing is the the air feed hose to The Idle control, AC regulator and Cold Start valve
