The second nipple is for boost reference for quicker BOV responce. I dont believe you have to hook it up.

Bump for updates and a question.

First, can someone show me pics of their AC lines near the o2 housing? My line won't seat without interfering with the housing. Is there an alternate AC line that could be used? I could do some grinding on the o2 housing, but It's already coated so I would rather not if there's a way out of it.

And for the updates,
I finished the water lines, finished the oil lines, fabbed a bracket to relocated the WG so I could clock the turbo a bit more and ground my block a bit so the turbo can mount (I'm using a BB manifold with a GTIR T28).

Oh, and does anyone know where I can find a c-clip for the WG actuator? I lost the little clip that keeps the actuator on the flapper. If somone has an extra one they could ship to me that would be awesome (I would throw in a few bucks).

Here's pics of the o2 housing and AC lines. I know I could take that bolt out, but it doesn't look like it would be enough. The line would be too close if not still interfering.

I just found a small thin washer and clipped one side and crimped it on. It worked fine and in fact is on its second motor as of now and still holding great.

Hmmmm, that's not a bad idea.

Ok, so I have been moving along nicely on this. I'm at work so I can't take pics at the moment, but hopefully I can get them up sooner rather than later. Since my last update, I have everything mounted up, all the lines are hooked up, all the gauges are now wired and plumbed (I still need a coolant or oil temp gauge to fill the third gauge hole), I cut and re-welded my exhaust (the setup that was welded for the Fuji met the cat a little further forward). All I have to do before firing her up is mount the exhaust and find another subie injector clip (preferably with pigtail), as I messed one of the connector contacts up trying to adapt them to the stock harness. Oh, and I need to wire in the wideband. After that, I should be DONE!

Oh, and one question. Are the stock GTIR T28 WGs set to 7 or 10psi?

Also, any questions, suggestions or advice is welcome . I plan to throw some DET pistons or maybe a set of the Maz VE pistons in there eventually when funds are more abundant

It was all from Just-Intercoolers on ebay. I think they have some of the nicest stuff on ebay. I got the intercooler and the piping with clamps and couplers from them. You can also piece together a kit if you ask them. That's what I did

Just-Intercoolers Store

Oh, and thanks for the compliment

Ok, so as usual it has been a while since I updated this. I have everything installed (except the wideband). I took it for a test run. There are definitely some kinks that need ironed out. One, it breaks up around 4-5k (I need to replace my plugs, this may be the, or part of, the issue. It looks to be boosting and holding 7psi nicely, but it just doesnt feel like it has the power. I will probably find out more about this when I get my wideband hooked up and do some street tuning with the Calum.

I am still having issues with the power steering forcing the car to jump the idle up 7 or 800 rpms too. I have to replace the PS reservoir hose because it leeks a little, replace the dizz o-ring because it seeps a little too, and find a coolant res that is not a 20oz pepsi bottle lmao. I also need a new throttle cable, the metal cracked when I tried to loosen the adjustment nuts .

And last but not least, I NEED TO FIND A P11 TRANNY!! hahaha

Anyone with suggestions or parts (heheh) let me know.

Thanks for all of the help and support so far. I love this forum
