I don't have the hoses changed around at all yet, they are just there from removing the stock stuff. Thanks for the info though .

Ok, so I ran into a snag. I am weighing options for a turbo outlet. Ideally, I would like to find an Avenir pipe (Ithink). The one that makes a gradual ~90* turn upward and levels out with the valve cover. The ATP outlet I have will not work. It barely has enough rooms to fit a coupler and clamp around it since it sits to close to the manifold.

Ok, so until I get what I need for that, I will be continuing to do the plumbing for the turbo. The block is tapped and barbed, I have a nissport, it just needs installed. I have 2 coolant lines and an oil line. I was doing some research and it seems as if the .060 restrictor is the way to for for my GTI-R T28. I am a little unsure on how all of this will be plumbed.

I will be doing the water lines to the Throttle Body, the oil drain to the front of the block and the feed will come from the nissport. Now, there are a few fittings that were thrown in with the lines I got (used from forum members). Does anyone have any pics of how they have their plumbing done and the fittings they used to do the job?

Here is a quick pic of the fitting/restrictors I have. (The lines, of course, are not show)

Sorry, I have been BSing around trying to figure out how I want to T the water lines to the Throttle body. I think I am just going to take the fittings of one end of each water line and just use a barbed T. I got the oil lines installed. I'll have pics of that up later. I'm at work right now.

Oh, and also, I wrapped my manifold. I used black with black silicone sealer. It looks pretty bad a$$. I'll post pics of that along with the downpipe. I wrapped the flex on the downpipe as well (mainly just for a little extra protection from the asphalt...)

if you dont mind spending a few more bucks get the custom steel coolant adapter and tee both lines off of that. You dont have to run the coolant lines into different hoses for coolant flow. I did it that way and it worked great for a long time. my 2 cents.

Thanks for the suggestion. I actually think I'm just going to put barbs into one end of each braided coolant line. I have some pics of my manifold and DP.

Manifold and DP:

Nissport with switch and Oil feed. (2 ports are plugged):

I pretty much got the water lines done. I'll try to get some pics up tonight after work. I don't have it all hooked up because I just took my TB off so I can powder coat it. I'm also going to powder coat my compressor housing and I shaved a G20 RR VC that will get some powder too. I will have pics up for sure when they are done.

Ok, so the Valve cover and compressor housing are coated. The throttle body is blasted, but waiting for some "chrome" powder. Then the IC piping will be done in wrinkle black

did they blast your VC when they coated it? If so make sure you get ALLL the shot out before you put it on otherwise youll ruin that VE real quick.
