Ok, so I ran into a little snag. The lower pan was bent from the previous owner. It held fine for 20k or so, so I figured I'd give it a try. No go, it leaks slowly from the front of the pan...

Anyone have a spare VE pan around? Do RR pans fit too? Gotta love running into all the broken stuff the previous owner neglected to take care of. Especially right in the middle of a project...

Hmmm that's good to know. I'll keep that in mind. Someone was trying to sell me a used one for around that + shipping + paypal . I said no way.

Sorry for the lack of updates... I got an oil pan (thanks Benito). I'll be installing that tomorrow, then I have to wait until Monday for my IC piping. Once I get that in, I need to mock it all up and make sure it fits. I'm gonna have to figure something out for my radiator overflow. I already relocated my washer fluid res. I just need to test it out. I'll get some pics up probably on Monday or Tuesday.

Well I got my IC piping yesterday. This means there will be updates/pics of the pipe routing soon

I've always assumed the same thing and for a while there Coheed was convinced this was the case as well. He seems to have it figured out last I checked, so I'd give him a holler.

Ok, so I finally made some progress on this. I did basically all of the Pipe routing and got it all mocked up. I just need to shorten a couple pipes. Specifically the second one off of the throttle body (need room for the MAF). I think the MAF should be good there.

Here's some pics:

Don't put that hose from the valve cover into the intercooler piping. It goes to your intake pipe on your Turbo. The Idle air hoes is what you want in the charge pipe.
