I'm not sure what could be the cause, but I'll try to describe as best as I can.
When I'm at low RPM, under 2500, and I get on it, it bogs and stumbles a bit, then starts building boost. I also noticed in normal driving conditions, when I am ~40-50% throttle, it stumbles a bit right as boost starts to hit, then it goes pretty smooth.
The main issue here is, I'm not completely roasting these 15" cheapo all-seasons I have on here temporarily. If I start from ~5mph roll in first and stomp it, I get some very minimal spinning, or maybe even just chirping. Nothing in second and so on. It pulls
