My compression tester must suck because my perfectly healthy stock VE motor only had 175psi compression. I still made 170whp bone stock.

Loving the setup man.

Coheed my comp tester put me out the same number range. 175 +/- 3psi variance per cylinder. I thought mine was ****ty also. I was told the variance is all that matters.

That's good, because my 8.5:1 compression VET shows about 155psi accross the board. Add 25psi to that and you get about 180 or so.

44 closed and less than 4v open. i would back down the timing a notch-what v is ur maf at with the key turned?

Over revved it

I'm looking for a new VE block now to put these DET rods/pistons in and install the "new" head.

Ah man! What did you rev it to?! I'm guessing you got the tuning problems resolved and were having too much fun?

The clutch let go on me... It was probably up to about 10k. Not sure why the Calum didn't limit it, I had it set to 8500

And no, I actually never got a chance to get the tuning 100%
