The kind speed shops sell people is the kind with sulfur so that you don't huff it to get high. Thats why you can tell when people spray cuz their exhaust smells like rotten eggs.
In the states, I believe you cannot "legally" get the anesthetic kind unless you have some sort of license/permit. I have no idea if the performance differs from each.
