Agree. When I had my DE I dyno'd at 151 whp. It was a gutless turd in a p10. The b14 gearing and lighter weight makes a HUGE difference with only 24 more whp.

Adding 20whp for $1500 isn't something I'm interested in.

yep I hear ya. My '97 SE-R (original DE w/ 190k on it) with intake/OBX header/crap exhaust/JWT ECU made 138WHP. w00t!!!!!!!! lol. but I liked that car anyway. good daily driver.

I totally understood, and answered accordingly. The posts made saying 100 shot and higher were leaning more towards doing motor work, and most likely wet kits or direct port setups. If you simply want to bolt a simple dry setup onto what you have now, I think you'd be safe and happy with a 75 shot.

I'm too nervous to shoot the juice. I had the opportunity to get a JWT wet-shot system for $75 but I turned it down. Too afraid of ruining such a nice engine. I know I know, it can be done safely for years etc.

Anyone that's into drag racing, would absolutely LOVE the feel of launching the car with nitrous on slicks. Everyone is scared at first, but after a while you'd have it no other way.


People always ask me what my car runs on motor. I have NO idea lol.
