Thread: I think its time for the ve to get some....

I know there are plenty of threads concerning the ve plus nitrous. Looks like 75 shot will do for my daily.

So the question is do any of you have much experience with what brand to go with? It seems like most just end up with a brand and go for it. Wanted to check how many have tried different ones.

I want to do this SIMPLE. 10lb bottle, 75 wet, wot switch with arm switch, maybe throw in a rpm window but not really worried about that. Going to be on a stock fuel pump too.

Let me know if you have any advice or cautions for me. I definitely don't want a backfire, and I assume I can just throw the nozzle right before the throttle-body and call it a day.

Time to do this since my buddy just got his J32 integra back up and running. I can't wait to surprise him

haha a friend of mine has one of those too..he just took it apart though to finish completely shaving his engine bay..shits deff sick..

back on topic..id upgrade the fuel pump..
and if you just stick a nozzle in the intake thats a dry setup..

I ran a basic NOS sniper nitrous kit. Very straight foward install. I would go with it. Cory is actually selling the kit I sold to him. With a 75 shot, the VE moved like a raped ape. Its a basic fogger. I drilled my intake pipe probably a few inches from my TB, tapped it, screwed in the fogger. It was a wet kit so everything was nice and safe. I lost count of how many bottles I fed my VE. I would try and get my hands on a walbro 255. They are cheap insurance to have!

BTW, that J swap will not have a chance. If it gives a fight, buy some 100 shot jets and crack his ass.

Yeah I'd definately go ahead and upgrade the fuel pump as well. Just to be on the safe side. $100 for a bigger pump is alot better than losing whatever you've got in you motor.


Justin2386 there are both dry and wet nozzles that go in the intake.

Um what? Do you know what you are talking about? have you ever had a n2o car? have you installed a kit before? I think you need to do more reading and less posting.

Anyways i would deff upgrade your fuel pump its like 90 bucks and well worth the piece of mind. im running a 255 with a bosch 044 inline on my car. I have 100 shot and a 50 shot plumbed tho lol

i know the differences, he just didnt specify the running of extra fuel lines and everything..i know that just a straight just n2o line is dry and n2o w/ fuel is wet..

but by him placing doesnt make it a certain kit. They are both plumbed in sir.

my bad..i thought you would place the nozzles/jets in different places depending on if it were dry or wet..

..can you tell my real niche is cars w/ wet intakes?
