Nothing just yet. This whole move to CT slowed things down. Still have work back in NY so been busy bouncing back and worth. Hopefully should have it figured out soon.

Didnt see this listed as one of the things you've tried, but have you tried installing a bigger fuel jet in the nozzle?

I've ran n2o alot over the years, never zex, but nos and nx. Every time I always did the final tweaking with changing out the fuel jets.

I never did mess with the jets. I only had the jets for a 150 shot according to the Zex diagram. I have heard horror stories though about changing out fuel jets like that.

step up a size or two (or 3!) on the fuel jet size. It's a cheap and quick thing to try.

The jet charts rarely match up with reality.

Raising the fuel pressure does the same thing and is free. You say it's cheap, but with jets retailing for around $5 each, and him having to buy 4, it's still $20.

Rasing the fuel psi is like putting a band aid on the problem, progressive controller is whats causing this. They never work with a standard jet sizing tables, once you go progressive you need extra jets, especially fuel jets.

If he were direct port and had 4 nozzles and 8 jets and it was a pain in the ass to change them I would agree with your opinion on the fuel psi, that or bump it with an safc.
But in this case it only takes 5 mins and 20 bucks tops for the ability to tune his system and make it right.

I actually do have a direct port kit so it has a total of 10 jets. 2 for the distribution blocks and 2 per nozzle in each running. I had a feeling the progressive controller might be partially at fault with this.

Progressive controllers are very useful items, I ran a nos mini 2 on my last n2o set up and loved it. Just takes a little more tuning than a standard set up, once you get it you'll probably love it though.

Granted!
They are hard on solenoids though, the pulsing can wear them out in short order. They have some new style noids out now called pulseoids that are supposed to fix this issue though. Very, very pricey though.

You could build that for soooooo much cheaper.

Yeah that's why I said I might make a similar setup cheaper. Not worried about doing anything till it cools off some though lol.
