Jet fitting issues...
Alright so when installing my direct port kit, my buddy accidentally broke the fitting that screws into the nozzle that holds the jet. I bought another jet from Jegs. It screws into the nozzle no problem but the jet will not fit into it.

I can't get a hold of anyone at Zex for a direct replacement. Would I be able to open up the hole a hair bit to squeeze in the jet? I don't think it should be harmful at all but figured i'd ask for some input from the juice heads. TIA!

I don't think it would matter, just keep it as close to the size of the jet as possible.

I'm going to give it a try tomorrow. Its seriously about a hairs-worth thickness that needs to be opened up. Its pretty much the one thing that held me back from picking on hondas tonight.

Yeah thats exactly what I ended up getting. I figured they should be the same. I was wrong. I tried getting a fitting from Zex but no luck at all. Couldn't get a hold of anyone on the phone even after a half hour of waiting.

just email zex through the contact us link on thier page and tell them you were short one in a kit you picked up from an Etailer. they will send you one out and you wont have to worry about the size issue
