Lol I just noticed your bottle's are for babies tag.

so when im getting low i should pop the bottle in the freeze for a bit before i go to get it filled?

Unless whoever is filling it has an actual pump. If you've got a pump it's not necessary but will speed it up a little. I don't use a pump, and actually have an easier time filling mine, than a local shop that uses a pump lol.

They should have a pump then, no need to freeze it.
