would the dirty filter affect a/f ratio's

the dyno you used reads lower than a dynojet so your actual number are higher than indicated. Another thing that I check for when I dyno is if they have cleaned the tail pipe sniffer. Also if it has been calibrated recently.
You can go to dynojets website and see what dyno centers are in your area.

I believe the readings should be 10-15 percent higher.

that sounds about right on a stock ve motor with the normal mods.

im still thinking their wideband might be sort of off cause the wideband graph was consistant almost from start to finish....around the 14 range, their was really no choppy lines or anything...plus all runs but the first one was at 45psi fuel...and matter of fact i gained 5hp after the first run.i went from 153hp to 158.3 hp,all that was changed was fuel psi from 43 to 45 psi and bkr7e's(gapped at .35)changed out for bkr6e's (gapped at .40)

if the wideband is dirty you will get bad readings. I had this problem the last time I was on a dyno.

the local dyno shop I used went out of business so i don't have numbers with the n1 cams. I would guess that the car makes around 200whp.
