nitrous in ve
i just sprayed my stock ve (75shot)felt beastly.....gotta couple ?'s though
i pulled the plugs(ngk bkr7e,gapped .35) and they were white on the ground strap and no signs of detonation(peppered specs) on the porcelain....could it be lean,i have fuel at 43 psi, timing is at about 12-13 deg...is this normal...nitrous users chime in please

did you pull the plugs right after a wot run if not you can not read the plugs properly. I suggest using a dyno with a wide band to be safe.

yea i pulled it right after i sprayed it,but the ngk's were put in right before i drove the car, would that affect the readings....i know the dyno will tell me if im running rich or lean but it... almost pointless for tunning if all i got is a calum basic for the ve and fpr to up and lower the fuel pressure.....chime in please

Even with a calum basic you can get a new chip burned. When you read a plug it is easier if you use new plugs. Also you need to run the car wot and then shut it down and pull the plugs out. If you drive around on them you will not get a proper reading. you should not even let the car idle. I know drag racers do this but they cut shield around the porcilin so they can read the plug. Using a wide band is much more accurate and you can see the a/f over the entire rpm band. if you intend to read the plugs here is a site that will help. there are also a few drag racing sites that have good info on plug reading.
