in the 14-15 range....what could it be..fuel pressures at 45 psi..im thinking maybe the rom...the car itself runs and idles fine....just not that fast though...checking for vac leaks now...

well messed with the fpr,got the air/fuel down to 13-13.5 by bumping the fuel pressure to 53 psi...is something wrong here

what fuel pump are you running? The injectors could be dirty or the bin is off on the injectors.

supposely its a 255lph(the previous owner said so),yea i was thinking the bin.wouldn't dirty inj make it run funny at idle

depends on how dirty the injectors are. It may just make the car run lean. I also have found that as these cars age they don't get proper voltage to the fuel pump which will cause the car to run lean. I always run a external relay to the pump to boost the voltage to get 13-14 volts at the pump. I can say if you bumped the fuel pressure and the car got richer its either a injector or program issue.

if it was really dirty or the sensor was going out. You can by sensor cleaner at a autoparts store. You can always check the voltage to see what it is reading.

well i checked the maf out...with the ignition off it checks in at around 0.4-0.45 volts.with the car running it rises from 0.9 volts to 1.4 volt when throttle is given...also cleaned it with maf cleaner.i guess the maf checks out...also checked injector resistance for the heck of it they all sit at 12.5 ohms

well this morning went the crank the carup and go to work when there was a very strong smell of fuel,so i poped the hood and sure as **** it was leaking from the fuel rail,or somewhere around there.it doesn't seem to be the injector o-rings,seems to be from the fuel lines....it was dripping pretty bad...i wonder if all the 55 psi fuel pressure caused this, though before this noticable leak i have been smelling fuel around the motor area,a slight smell though.i wonder if this is my culprit for running lean, you know losing pressurein all from leaking

Why exactly are you running your fuel pressure at 55psi?

im not wanting to but i had no choice, the rom i have is programmed for my setup but for some reason it was running way to lean(14.7-15.5)...checked my n60 maf(it checked out good)i thought it was the rom but eric212(the guy who burned me the rom)said there was no error in the rom, saying he's burned many of the same set-up and they all ran fine....he also went back and double checked his bin...the car runs fine at idle and crusing, its at wot the car goes lean...so for the time being i bumped up the fuel pressure, double checking my innovate lc-1 for the right a/f ratio and 55psi is where it sits for good a/f at wot
