No. But will include the turbo manifold.. Ve is bone stock. No internal work or anything.

Damn, that's an avenir manifold right? Also has the motor been tapped for the turbo setup?

I've been thinking of getting rid of my P11 for something newer but now that I see this I may keep it and go VE-T.

I got the complete kit to go VE-T if you are interested.
