The unit is fully furnished, king size bed, computer desk, etc. There's a bar right out back, and dozens of restaurants on the broadwalk. Also good investment property for anyone who wishes to rent it out.

The place is also available for rent after June 22nd if you guys know anyone interested. Price is $1000 a month, and it include all utilities, cable tv, and phone. All you need to do is pay for a card for the parking garage, I believe its $70 or 80 a month.
