I am just saying, give people ample amount of time to get their stuff together.

How about late July (the 27th almost 3 weeks away) or sometime in August. Honestly the longer we wait the fewer people will show. Its just going to be a small get together. if its something big than a few months would be needed. for the sr guys that are set on going we could do it this saterday or sunday and they would show.

I say August 3rd.
