I am almost in Florida, be here for about a week..,figured I'd warn y'all lol

enjoy living in the woods! it's not all that bad out there but the turnpike will become your best friend when you want to be in central fl.

^^^True that lol most of the action is on Saturdays here in Central Florida (Kissimmee/Orlando) area right on O.B.T. (Orange Blossom Trail) and on Tuesdays in Orlando on Semoran (This is for streetracing scene). If you want some good real & legal racing the only 2 places available right now are in Lakeland Dragstrip or in East Orlando at Orlando Speed World Dragway. There is another dragstrip but sadly its close for the moment do to some legal stuff that is happening but the other stuff that they offer like drifting and autocross track are still open. The place is Central Florida Racing Complex hope this helps you a lot man if you want to hang out I can but I would have to ride shotgun, there is a little problem my car still smash I dont know if you saw the post about a month ago when I got in the car accident. clermount is the shit. we dont have all the crime like orange (yet) and our property values are higher. lol

the wifey likes it down here and wants to stay, we are going to speak to a realtor tomorrow and send out our résumés and try to relocate...I want something that is not in one of these gated communities with all that HOA bs, regular neighborhood where I can do what I want with the landscape and exterior of the house

Hoa are headaches. My wife and I when we went shopping we made sure no hoa. GL chaps I wish you guys the best. I stay in south Florida because there is always things to do.
