Good seeing you guys from up north again, bbq in December sounds awesome. If you guys wanna do a different park, there's always John U Lloyd park in Dania, right on the ocean.

I'll get my pics up soon.

I don't care you guys know Broward more than me, pick the place and i'll show up.

Even playing it by ear is cool with me. That was some bangin a$$ sauce tho, that orange stuff. I gotta hit up La Granja more often.

I can just picture Wayne now ...

Ok, here's some of my shots

Rodrigo fueling up

Real clean 300zx

Most pointless car ever. Chop top Maxima. Rodrigo asks the guy how he puts the top up, he says there's no top, shortly after that it starts to rain and this guy is hustling to put a tarp over the car

A few nice S14s

This IS300 was about as pointless as the Maxima, 2 tvs where each sun visor would go, and there was no way to move those, so they're pretty much always blocking your view. Oh, and not to mention the Nice intercooler and his short ram intake Why even pop the hood?

And here's my updated engine bay, a little cleaner now.

I was thinking we could potentially integrate a BBQ in Dec. to coincide with our South Florida convention?

Maybe a BBQ/dyno day, one day BBQ and the next day dyno. or vice versa. And possibly getting the Orlando guys to organize the following year, we could caravan up, then maybe the year after have the Tampa guys organize something.

Just throwing that out, we obviously have the #'s to pull it off. I think #'s is our strong point.

What do ya'll think?

I'm all down for that. I'll talk to Sean at P2R and see if he could get his dyno up by then. He moved locations, and he says the land lord is giving him a hard time about digging a hole to put the dyno in. We'll see.

Honestly... I think thats a great idea.

For a good start I think we should get someone from each location to join us at a meet. Talk to everyone about the idea and who would be interested in getting involved in the idea of planning and getting the word out there. really tho it would/should be open to all Nissan's at that point.

Props to Manny for the idea! I think it's a really good idea.. different area each year. And somewhere where everyone can make it.

Seriously , if we're going to make it happen , we should start now. I'm down for whatever the outcome is really.

Baby steps, ya know?

Serban, talk to your guy see what he can do about group rates, Markham Park is perfect for a BBQ, plenty of space to host and we can donate say 5-10 bux and either Wayne or Serban can collect the $$$ and get the food/supplies needed, Phil can provide the shots, and i can research some ideas for T-shirts.

I think we're a tight enough crew that ppl have no other option than to respect South Florida!

It is a great idea, Rob (se-rican) and I did this a few years back. Think the first one was in 2000, and tried to get one every year. 2003 was the last one, where it was a full Nissan meet, where we had sponsors and a HUGE turnout, probably close to 300 Nissans.

I think we should keep it more low key, just us SR20 guys. And I think each person that comes should pre pay $10-15 so we can get food and drinks for the event. First year we did this, Rob and I spent our money on the food, then just charged people who wanted to eat, however we didn't make all our money back.

I am all for it again, as long as we don't do something too big that's going to require more time than I can give.

Cool, lets start to pick a date in December, let's get the ball rolling to give people enough time to prep.

10-15 bux is reasonable, if one can't save enough $$ over the course of 6 months to attend a BBQ then they should hand over the keys to the Sentra and get a Honda.
