My guess is around noon, +/- 1 hour. Last time we had a Nissan meet we got to Towers around 12:15-12:30. I would say if i was close to Towers i would show up at noon and just wait.

I'm guessing myself , Sentrixx,Chill,oldSchool05 and whoever else is going to caravan will show up between 12 and 1pm, just because we're coming from the north counties.
