Don't think the car could have the ECU unplugged as it was a girl that owned the car before me and she has basically 0 idea how to work on them. It was running fine before and then when she came home, got back in and wouldn't start again since then.

I'll start looking at the wires. There was an oil leak coming from the O-ring around the distributor. Do you think that could have caused corrosion in the plug and not getting a good connection now?

Also the security system on a 02 with the "Vehicle Immobilization". Does that cut fuel only or spark as well?

I can test the security system, but I don't want to risk it in my p11! Afaik it killed the fuel pump, so when you turn the key to ON, do you hear the fuel pump priming?

Common... You don't want to get shut down?

Yes I can hear the fuel pump prime for a second or two.

Alright then anti-theft is fine and ECU is fine. If you have already tried new wires and plugs, next thing to do is check resistance between all of the connections on the distributor and the ECU, fun one!

Get the FSM and look up on how to do that, B15/P11's are sensitive to the grounds you use and you can fry the ECU!

IIRC the Cam Angle Sensor is in the distributor.

Could the Crank Angle Sensor have anything to do with no spark?

Pulled the OBD codes today.

Had:

P1610
P1612

When I reset the ECU it will still give me P1610. I tried the key thing where I turn it to on for 5 seconds three time. Still nothing. Does anyone know if the immobilization system of Infiniti/Nissan does just fuel or also spark?

I see you did the "key thing" so you may already have the FSM but just incase....

http://www.nicoclub.com/FSM/G20/2002_G20/2002_G20/el.pdf

Start on page 246. You may be in lock mode as seen on page 251. You might need to get the keys reprogrammed.

According to the FSM, if you are in "lock mode", the NATS IMMU system will not allow the ECM to start the car. The NATS reads the key and then allows the ECM to start the car, so if you are in lock mode, then yes the spark would be killed as the ECM allows the spark process to start. It is weird though that you are hearing the fuel pump prime??

Just some thoughts....Good luck.

Also....

Could you throw another stock ecu to get it working?
