So after talking with lawyer and claims adjuster he says i can take whatever i want off of the car but the claims adjuster will have to come back out and the value will go down.... which i already knew.... but i should go down by much cuz once i take my shit it's basically going to be a 1.8 again without the lip kit, rims, gauges, turbo intercooler exhaust and whatever else ADD-ONS i put on.... but i know they most likely are gna b upset that they can't screw me over like that so they are most likely going to try to low ball me on the money back.... shit as long as i get back at least 3-4 grand i don't care

mind you they offered me +7k

I'd like to thank all you guys for your advice, info and suggestions.... i try to explain this to non-car enthusiast and obviously their response was take the money and run, oh it's just a car, it's not worth it.

unless they took extensive pictures, take whatever you want off the car. they dont go off the base price from what you have done to it, its usually a KBB value for the most part. they offered me 4k+ for my 01 b15 that had rust through all the doors, and winter wheels, and looking like a mess.

IF YOU THROW EVEN A ga16 IN THERE THE ADJUSTER WONT KNOW THE DIFFERENCE HE WILL JUST KNOW ITA A MOTOR...
