I've become a victim
Last night after 1am my EG Civic Hatch was stolen Went outside to get my phone from the car round 5am and she was gone... Never been in this situation so I guess I've been lucky... Feel disrespected as the guy had the nerve to answer my phone when I called. Car was bone stock and on its way out anyway for this very reason as Wolves love these Hondas. Last Hoonda ima own for sure but really wonder if it was random or if it was being watched for a while. Anyway anybody happen to hear anyting let me know asap, got something for um. Peace.

Sorry about your loss. They probably watched for a lil while. And it looked clean, and it looked pretty clean. Enough reason to steal it,either for parts or a vin swap. Good luck and I hope you find it.

A Thief is one of the biggest pieces of shit on the planet.
People work hard to have something and some asshole comes and takes it.
All we can do is hope Karma will get them.
I have been down this road...I am sorry for your loss and hope you find something.

In my case the car was found 3 days later, missing the engine, tranny and wheels....and engulfed in flames in a field at 2am.....Mint custom interior, full suspension, big brakes....all burnt.
I live in the middle of nowhere,so someone went pretty far out of town to come all the way here to steal the car.
I will admit,I had the car parked out on the street,so that made it easier for them. Also my alarm was not fully installed yet...it was partially, and thats the real hard thing to swallow. At least that may have slowed them down,or maybe made them reconsider stealing it.
I have learned a good lesson...you are never safe...thieves will go anywhere to get what they want.
It wont be easy if they tried me again, thats for sure.
Now all my cars alway stay under lockdown, have good alarms,and/or have other cars blocking them in.Cameras,a new fence at the house and a few firearms never hurt either.
All you can do is make it harder to come back and try again.

sorry for your lost guy, most of the times they steal the car and used it to transport themselves to go steal another honda, pointless...but any who, hope you find them and teach them a lesson, cuz thats what i did when my car was stolen...a pistol whip,, and it was settled...lol

I'm sure they were just riding around looking for a Civic. Probably spotted yours and they figured thats the one. They most likely just needed your car for parts. If its stock, thats the only reason I see someone taking it. Just for parts. Plus they are a lot easier to just take instead of going to the junkyard and doing it the right way. I hope you find it and all in all.

I would think in 2011 there's the ability to track any phone's GPS location. As long as there's permission from the owner.
