e85 should be about 3.00 a gallon. reg gas is 3.55 +/- depending where.
your car can run e85, you have to be tuned for it. you will max out your injectors and fuel pump quite quickly on e85 as well. our gas has 10% on average ethanol in it already. iowa mixes 15% of it in their mid-grade gas. quite frankly the b15 loved the 15% ethanol gas from iowa more than the reg stuff. got better gas milage too. on average, you will need 40-50% bigger injectors to get the same power levels from race gas than e85. for some reason i remember there being 2 different blends of e85 and you have to know when they switch from summer to winter. its different, and you have to retune.
havent been around e85 for awhile, so i cant remember too much. it does absorb water like crazy, and if you add a gallon to your tank now nothing will happen. you will just clea out your fuel system of water, and your car should be more responsive/not pull timing when it heats up.
