Yeah, there was a hand full of us once down here in the Cocoa Beach area then everyone slowly sold them off. I was just in Jacksonville again last weekend visiting my brother and I like it. Way better than Orlando area for sure. I'll be up there again the weekend of the 22nd. Are there any 1/4 mile strips around Jax?

Well I'm basically moving there because FSCJ has the degree that I am taking now but in a 4 year not just a 2 year like all the schools around here and there honestly seems to be a lot more opportunity there than in a place like here. All we honestly have is the Space Center which is laying off people by the 100's left and right. We had Sea Ray (boat man manufacturer) but they went from a company of 1,900 to 200 over night. We have had about 8 restaurants close here in the past year and some of them had been in the area for over 20 years. I think honestly that no matter where you live it's going to suck but in a way I feel Jax might suck a little less. lol There is no doubt that south fl is full of sr's and has nice weather... but last time I was down there I found out I can't even read the Billboards or even talk to anyone at a gas station or restaurant to ask for anything. (No offense to anyone, it's just the way it is.)
