and for every one to know me and chill made a deal for me to put his turbo kit in to his car for the cams (3 years ago why i will only pay him back with labor) he backed off after we had everything set to go and then when my car caught on fire i lost it all with it bc the cops took it and it was going to coust me way to much to get it back so i let it go with everything ever sence, i drop out of the car stuff to continue going to school but i still try to do my part in offering him what i could from parts to working on his car bc i dint have the money then but as time went on we just went our seporate ways...

and i dont konw where you got the idia that i have been working on 2 cars the past 3 year when the only sr power car i have been working on is my brothers (that he pays for) and w.e other car that come in to the shop...

so like i told chill if he wants to work something out to pm me...

ive pm chill i have no problem woking things out but ppl dont understand that i made a deal with him and he backed off last minute after i made all the arrangements to pay my end... there was never money involved untill he backed off and at that time i had lost alot in my life and i had no way of repaying...

I do want to remind you however, that although this forum is for everyone to be able to post, sell, or comment on other members threads that there is such thing as the law. I have a lawyer in the family and have discussed this matter of you harrassing me about something you know nothing about let alone are not even located in this state for. An opinion is allowed obviously, we are in america and we do have freedom of speech, however, you calling me a thief and slandering my name and property when it is not true and even if it were you have no proof of, is nothing but defamation of character. Now that my friend is against the law and people have been sued over. Now if you would like to continue with your immature accusations, accusations not fact, then please be my guest so that you can leave it up to me as to whether or not I want to be a piece of shit as you say and pursue a lawsuit towards you or any others that feel the need to slander my name without facts behind you. None of that will hold up in court. No one here knows your real name and this forum can in no way effect your lively hood. You should really look up the definition of slander and what must be proved as fact in the court of law for something to be even applied as slander. I doubt you are some sort of politician being defamed in TV commercials daily. Court costs will be more than the $100 you owe chill for a lawsuit that will most likely be laughed at by a judge. If anyone has a chance of filing suit against another party it would be chill filing against you for the $100 you owe him. However, the court costs would probably be much more than $100 and therefore it would not be worth it for him to do that.

good luck finding everyones address and full name and serving them with the law suits. Defaming a forum name isn't your real name thats really funny to actually go to adjudication in a courtroom. If you have another source of income besides selling parts on a forum a judge will throw this out. I don't see any evidence to support your claims. BTW I'm a law student I doubt your family friend (if they are even a good lawyer) would waste their time taking your case. What are you expecting to get tens of thousands of dollars? lol
