I have a 91 nx2000. I picked this car up about 8 months ago and have been working on it as well as DDing it. this is what i have replaced on this car:

Highport UK 10:1CR motor with ~50k miles on it,
p10 non lsd tranny with about ~70 miles on it
OEM Starter
Driver Axle
Passenger Axle
Driver front wheel bearing
Passenger front wheel bearing
Both tie rods and end links
Both sway bar end links & bushings
Windshield
Passenger window crank and handle
Dashboard
Shift boot
T-tops
Water pump
Clutch
Energy suspension master bushing set
maf
ICV
Spark plugs
Wires
Dizzy
Clutch cable
Speddo cable

Heres some little goodies on the car:

G20 ecu
Short ram intake
2 1/4 inch exhaust
UR crank pulley
HID's
K sport coils with ~7k miles on them (will leave on car for an extra $550)
B14 wheels (leave on the car for an extra $75)
Shift nob
5% tint

The good:
Car runs strong
Has full mint interior interior
Everything needed for PS and AC come with the car

The bad:
Needs some body work
Needs some paint
Has some belt squeak
Needs new coolant temp sensors
Cluster does not light up
