How much do you have to spend? JWT "Pop Charger" is good and affordable. It is a horn adapter and filter. The adapter bolts to your MAF and the filter goes on the end. It's the typical short ram intake around here. Then there are others that include a metal pipe to get rid of the rubber intake "boot" like Overkill Engineering's intake. There's cold air intakes as well either off the shelf ones or you can make your own. With a bit more money and ingenuity you can do a short ram intake and box it off and feed it cold air from outside the engine bay.

Something tell s me you're just looking for the JWT "pop charger" basically.
