Thread: Anybody work for Bank Of America??

Anybody work for Bank of America?? Im about to get a job there as a Personal Banker... and wanted to get some inputs about how Bank of America treats its employees... I currently work for Carnival Cruise Lines and I actually work from my house.. this job is very flexible pay is somewhat ok, but i dont have to get up early and deal with traffic.. plus i get 2 free cruises a year and discounts on cruises... Now with this new position im going to actually start commuting about 35-45 min but im going to be getting paid about $3 and some change more than what im currently getting paid.. plus all the other benefits... can anyone any one give me some experiences they have had while working with Bank of America...

my aunt works for them. from what she says if you dont meet quotas the wont have a problem getting you replaced. she always seems stressed about getting new customers.

That alone makes me want that job, lol.
