geT a screw driver and rap it with some tape until it is the same size as the inside part of the disc and you are ready to go.

i have one, but tuesday(17th,my bday) wont be good for you to get it...wednesday should work where ya located?

I use a long socket with an extension to do it. somewhere in the neighborhood of 10-12mm works I think.

Alignment isn't super precise since our input shafts don't ride on the pilot bushing.
