fs on craigslist 1996 Nissan 200SX Coupe SE-R

i don't understand why someone would put a body kit on an SE-r or why the dealer is selling it chipped and cracked, or even better yet why does it have one se wheel on the passenger front and no price listed (i guess the brake dust comes free)
