Resurfacing Flywheel
lookin for somewhere in south florida to resurface a flywheel for my 240 and what does it normally cost???

Any machine shop should be able to do it. It usually cost about $40 or so.

I just took a power sander to mine. Worked great.

I would advise against resurfacing the FW just because it takes material away , thus having to move the clutch closer to the FW. Unless it's really badly scored , then by all means.


I just took some 2000 grit sandpaper, or you can use what's called a " cookie" to smooth it out.
